Yes, you will receive the same items as pictured. All pictures are taken by Grazie Bello and shipped by Grazie Bello.

Sales receipts will be emailed to the address you provided.

Refunds are only provided for damaged or defective items. All items are inspected prior to shipment to ensure they are free of defects or damages. If damages occur during shipment, please report issues to graziebelloshop@gmail.com within a week of receiving the item and you will receive a refund or a replacement item.

Most items are created in very limited production runs and second production runs are not planned. We will note where back-order items are allowed. If you really like an item, please email us for more information graziebelloshop@gmail.com

Items can be shipped to the United States at no additional cost. Items can be shipped to Europe at $30 flat rate. Other parts of the world can also be shipped, at an additional cost. Please email before ordering for non-United States and Europe locations. Customer is responsible for Customs and Tariffs for shipments outside of the United States.
